Hartstene Pointe Owners without slip leases must register their boat upon arrival at Indian Cove Marina. Registration forms are located in the blue mailbox at the foot of the gangway. The registration form should be returned to the mailbox and the Temporary Moorage Identification Tag should be placed on the boat so that is visible from the dock. Please moor your boat so as to allow the maximum space for additional boats to use the dock area.
Daily fees are based upon the overall length of the boat, including raised engines, swimsteps and bow pulpits. Fees for this year are:

| 21' - 30' | $15.00 |
| 31' - 40' | $20.00 |
| Over 40' | $25.00 |
Fees are billed to the Property Owner's account. No money is collected at the dock. The Harbormaster checks the marina on a daily basis, but is not on duty throughout the day. Reservations are highly recommended for peak Holiday times like the 4th of July and Labor Day. Reservations may be made by phone (360-427-7605) or through e-mail to the Harbormaster at: HPMA Harbormaster. Owners who do not cancel reservations within 48 hours of arrival will be billed for the first day of moorage.
During peak times, your reservation will be displayed by a "Reserved" tag on the dock space assigned to you as well as an orange flag saying "Reserved". Temporary Moorage is only on the outer dock parallel to the breakwater. Owners requiring longer stays may wish to check the bulletin board in the clubhouse or the "Classifieds" on the website for sub-leases from slip leaseholders.
Owners are reminded that users of the facilities at Hartstene Pointe are bound by and agree to all the rules and regulations of Hartstene Pointe Maintenance Association.
